Your Data Privacy is Our Priority

As SMM Checker, we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with SMM Checker, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").

In accordance with KVKK, your personal data may be processed by SMM Checker as the data controller within the scope explained below.

Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Performing membership transactions and managing your account.
  • Providing services for querying and reporting SMM panel balances.
  • Increasing service quality and improving user experience.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations (Log records, etc.).
  • Detecting and preventing security breaches.

Your personal data may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and organizations, judicial authorities, and our business partners (e.g., server providers) who are mandatory for the performance of the service, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is collected electronically via our website, membership form, contact form, and cookies. This data is processed based on the legal grounds that it is "directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" and "mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller".

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:

Information

To learn whether personal data is processed and to request information if it has been processed.

Correction

To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.

Deletion / Destruction

To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK.

Objection

To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems.
